After first finding acclaim as a member of the Steve Miller Band, Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Boz Scaggs has enjoyed a long and successful career filled with hits. His first commercial breakthrough was the album Silk Degrees, which featured the hits "Lowdown" and "Lido Shuffle." Other hits closely followed, including "Breakdown Dead Ahead," "Georgia," "We're All Alone," "Harbor Lights," "Look What You've Done to Me," "Miss Sun," and "Jo Jo." In the intervening years, Boz has owned and operated a San Francisco nightclub, toured with Donald Fagan, become a vintner, and of course released more hit music, including the Grammy-nominated blues collection Come On Home and the critically-acclaimed release Dig. Boz Scaggs has combined rock, jazz, R&B and blues to create a trademark sound, as evidenced in his 17th studio album, Speak Low, a tribute to the standards of the Great American Songbook.
